7 day cancellation policy
Any bookings that are cancelled7 full days before the arrival date wont be charged and any deposits will be refunded.
Any bookings cancelled within 7 full days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the booking for any nights that can not be resold.
A deposit of the value of the first night of the stay will be taken at the time of booking, this will be fully refunded if the booking is cancelled before 7 full days of the arrival date.
Unfortunately for the comfort of other guests we don't accommodate children under 8 years of age.
We don't allow single sex groups or any large groups for just a single night stay, unless we have discussed the booking in advance. If you wish to book a large group please give us a call or send an email before making an online booking.
