I'm reluctant to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret so I can get in! But here goes; it's a stylish place, it's clean, the breakfast is good, the hosts are accommodating & friendly, it's excellent value for money & easy to book online. It's in a quieter area of Scarborough too which suits me. I've stayed here a few times now & wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. - Kay B
Really enjoyed our stay at the Ashburton house,Scarborough,great location,superb service and breakfast. Excellent room and decor, the choice for breakfast was outstanding,hosts Steve and Margaret were great- Gordon
As we were attending a concert at the Spa complex our stay at Ashburton House was perfect. Not too far to walk and parking was good. Nice rooms, owners very friendly, breakfast very good.Would recommend’- Susan J
